I am not a rental house, nor a production company.   I am an owner operator and one of the first people to ever buy a RED camera. That means that I have had lots of experience with the camera, and have been shooting on it since day 1.

Reds were designed with a different mind set than consumer cameras that build “looks” into the images. Though the camera shoots high resolution images in a very flexible format, it is usually shot slightly “flat” in the film tradition. The grading process brings out the full dynamic range. The RED is oriented for a pro who knows what he/she is after, and will reward that individual amply for their effort.

I accompany the camera to every shoot to serve in whatever capacity I am needed. Sometimes I work as the camera operator, A. C., and the D.I.T. On the higher budget shoots I strictly D.I.T.
